Gloucester Cathedral – the Cathedral has recently undergone a bit of a landscaping facelift and is definitely worth a visit. With a long history dating back thousands of years the cathedral has played a key role in coronations and other national ceremonies.

Bourton-on-the-Water – the picturesque village is just a short drive from Gloucester where you will pass through some incredible countryside. With attractions such as the Motor Museum and Birdland as well as wonderful choices for food it is a village you should definitely add to your to visit list

Chedworth Roman Villa – if history calls you then the Villa at Chedworth is a must see attraction. Owned by the National Trust it is one of the largest villas that have been found in the area and much of it has been preserved for you to see.

Gloucester Quays – if shopping is your favourite thing to do why not pop down to Gloucester Quays where you can shop, eat and find entertainment for the whole family.
