Don’t worry, we think LEGO makes you travel in the mythical world of Harry Potter with the new collection of playsets inspired by the saga of the most famous wizard in history.
Three playsets will be directly linked to the original franchise, two will be linked to the new line of Fantastic Animals and Where to Find Them.
The first playset, the Hogwarts Great Hall, was officially announced at the New York Toy Fair.
With its 878 bricks, it includes the structure of the hall and the furnishings in the smallest detail, plus ten mini figures between professors and students.
A treat for fans: among the mini figures we find that of Professor Raptor with the reversible face of Lord Voldemort.
The Hogwarts Grand Hall also includes student tables and professor’s tables, two reversible house flags, four floating candles and a house cup.
Inevitable the characters of Harry, Ron and Hermione, Malfoy, Dumbledore and Hagrid.
With these premises, the LEGO Harry Potter series, brings the construction sets closer to a trend that always keeps the passion of its fans alive.
The LEGO Harry Potter playsets will be connected to each other, to recreate the Hogwarts castle to the smallest detail.
LEGO Harry Potter: a line of winning toys that defies!
Maybe we’ll find some bricks with round glasses and a scar on the forehead even on the beach.
It could happen to bring different sets dedicated to the magical world of Harry Potter among the children’s gifts.
20 years after the release of the first film, and just before the new film Fantastic Animals and Where to Find Them, there are 5 LEGO playsets that will give new life and new adventures to Harry Potter.

The great hall of Hogwarts
We have already presented the Hogwarts castle LEGO version in this post. The set, based on the first two films in the Harry Potter saga, reproduces the Great Hall to the smallest detail.
The train to Hogwarts Express
The famous red train for Hogwarts leaves from the platform and 3/4. Harry, Ron and Hermione, Professor Lupine and a Dementor are present.
The Quidditch game
It is the sport of magicians par excellence. Amidst quarrels, brooms and race cars, the set is inspired by the scene of the first novel in which Snape’s cloak burns when Hermione and Ron believe he is trying to boycott the game against Harry.
The Plucker Plane
The playset brings back one of the funniest moments of the novel Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. Harry and Ron steal the Wesleys’ car to get to Hogwarts, but they end up with a thundering plane tree, an animated tree that doesn’t like being disturbed.
Grindelwald’s escape
First Harry Potter playset inspired by the Fantastic Animals spin-off and Where to Find them, whose second film is coming out this year. The fight scene on a carriage inspired by the two minifigures by Gellert Grindelwald and Seraphina Picquery is inspired by the second volume.
Another absolute novelty is the LEGO Harry Potter Brickheadz line.
Includes 5 characters divided into 3 sets: Harry and Hedwig, Ron and Dumbledore, Hermione Granger. The characters can be placed on a platform after being rebuilt, becoming collectible models.
