To close, continue with the movement, alternating the cheeks at higher speed, 10 times.

Put the index fingers in the area of the cheekbones, smile and return to the normal position. Repeat the gesture for at least two minutes. You will feel your fingers moving: it is the muscle that is working.

3. Exercises for lips, smile wrinkles and nasolabial area

  1. Stretch out the corners of your mouth, as if you were smiling, but keeping your lips tight; hold the pose for ten seconds, return to the starting position and repeat the exercise for about two minutes.
